AUSTRIA VIENNA (7 Days/ 6 Nights)

Austria’s capital is famous for its cultural events, imperial sights, coffee houses, cosy wine taverns, and the very special Viennese charm. Vienna’s history dates back to the first post-Christian century when the Romans established the military camp Vindobona. Vienna owes much of its international fame to the many celebrated composers who lived and worked here, including StrauB, Mozart, Beethoven and Haydn.

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival. Transfer to your hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 2: Sightseeing tour including a visit to Schönbrunn Palace. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 3: Round trip with the Vienna Ring Tram. Visit to the Sisi Museum including the Imperial Apartments and the Imperial Silver Collection in the Hofburg. In the afternoon have a break in a traditional Viennese coffeehouse. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 4: Discover the southern part of Vienna Woods. On this trip you see: the Roman spa town Baden, Helen’s Valley, Mayerling hunting lodge, the Cistercian Abbey Heiligenkreuz and last but not least the Seegrotte in Hinterbrühl which is a former gypsum mine with mystic drifts, a mining- and Saint Barbaramuseum, and the largest underground lake in Europe. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 5: Free day at leisure. Maybe take a look on the Kärntner Strasse, the exclusive shopping street in Vienna, the elegant Kohlmarkt with its high-calibre boutiques only a few steps away from the St. Stephan’s cathedral or the luxurious “Golden Quarter” with the flagship stores of international designer labels. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 6: Today you visit Bratislava. The tour starts in the morning by bus. Your guide will meet you for a walking tour of old town in Bratislava. Afterwards you’ve the possibility to stroll around by your own. In the afternoon depart by speed boat (Twin City Liner) to Vienna. After your arrival at Schwedenplatz you’ve free at leisure. Overnight in Vienna.
Day 7: Departure. Transfer to the airport.
