GERMANY & CZECH REPUBLIC (9 Days/ 8 Nights)

Prague is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe in terms of its setting on both banks of the Vltava River, its townscape of burger houses and palaces punctuated by towers, and its individual buildings. Germany is at the center of Europe, not only geographically, but also in terms of politics and economics.

ITINERARY:

Day 1: Arrival at Hamburg airport and private transfer to your hotel, overnight stay in Hamburg.
Day 2: Today you will have the chance to discover this city – either by taking advantage of the 24-hour Hamburg Card, which gives you free use of public transport and many discounts, or by booking a Hop On Hop Off Tour, which is certainly the easiest way to make sure you do not miss out on any of the sights of this fascinating maritime city. Overnight in Hamburg.
Day 3: Continue your trip to Berlin, capital city of Germany which is renowned for its lively and creative atmosphere. Make use of your 2-day Hop On Hop Off ticket to explore the whole of the city and see the differences between what was once East and West Berlin. Overnight in Berlin.
Day 4: The day is free to be spent at leisure and to continuing using your sightseeing ticket. Overnight in Berlin.
Day 5: Continue to the beautiful city of Dresden, completely restored to its former glory following its horrifying destruction during World War II. Overnight in Dresden.
Day 6: Explore the city during a sightseeing tour through Dresden. There are few city silhouettes more striking – the classic view from the River Elbe includes spires, towers and domes belonging to palaces, churches and stately buildings. See the magnificent Zwinger and the famous Semper Opera House. Overnight in Dresden.
Day 7: Continue to Prague in the Czech Republic with its strikingly restored architecture and very special atmosphere. Overnight in Prague.
Day 8: Enjoy a City tour in Prague, including all of the numerous major sights. See Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, the River Vltava and Prague Castle. Explore the Old Town Square on foot with Tyn Church and the Astronomical clock. The rest of the day and the evening are free to spend at leisure. Overnight in Prague.
Day 9: Departure. Transfer from Prague Hotel – Prague Airport.
